United Design Studio sells digital design and development services. We charge clients for professional website projects (and related design work) delivered under a clear scope and quote.

How billing works: Projects are quoted based on scope. Clients pay for services via invoice or secure Stripe payment links. We do not sell physical goods and do not ship products.

Refund & cancellation policy
Because our work is custom digital services (not mass-produced goods), the following policy applies:
Cancellations before work begins
If you cancel before any project work has started, deposits or payments may be refunded in full, minus any non-refundable third-party fees already incurred (if any were disclosed in writing).
Cancellations after work begins
Once design or development work has started, payments for completed milestones are non-refundable. Any unused prepaid balance for unfinished milestones may be refunded or credited at our discretion, based on work already delivered.
Refund requests
To request a refund or cancel a project, email [email protected] with your name, project details, and reason for the request. We typically respond within 2–3 business days.
Delivery
Website and design deliverables are provided digitally (file handoff and/or deployment). There is no physical shipping.
Privacy policy
United Design Studio respects your privacy. We collect only the information needed to communicate with you and deliver services — typically your name, email address, business details, and project requirements.
We use this information to provide quotes, deliver work, process payments, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our website. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy for payment data practices.

Terms of service
By engaging United Design Studio, you agree that project scope, timeline, and pricing will be defined in writing (proposal, invoice, or agreement) before major work begins.
You retain ownership of your content and brand materials. Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final agreed deliverables for your business use, except for third-party tools, fonts, stock assets, or open-source components that remain under their own licenses.
We take reasonable care to deliver professional work, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: [email protected].
Payment security
United Design Studio uses Stripe to process payments securely. Your payment information is encrypted and handled according to PCI standards by Stripe. We never require you to email credit card numbers.
